On this project, iLanga Consulting Engineers worked once again with TMDynamic Group (As the Contractor) in a Design and Construct type contract. iLanga Consulting designed an additional floor slab above an existing garage, as well as new structures for an additional building. We also did soil and brickwork tests for the existing garage structure to verify the structure's load carrying capacity.
